Abstract
Objective: This study investigated audiovisual feedback-based visual perceptual digital pegboard training and itseffects on the visual-motor integration and cognitive functioning of patients with left hemiplegia.

Methods: For the study method, 26 patients with left hemiplegia were randomly and equally divided into two groups:an experiment group, where visual perception digital pegboard training based on audiovisual feedback was applied, and a control group, where a visual perception task of inserting pegs according to particular shapes was used.
Training was applied for 30 min each 3 times a week, resulting in a total of 36 sessions over a 12-week period.
Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration-Sixth (Beery VMI-6) was used to evaluate thevisual-motor integration, and Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Examination (NCSE) was used to evaluate thecognitive function. The changes in effect before and after each training were confirmed.

Results: Statistically significant differences in visual-motor integration and motor coordination (p < .05) were foundbetween the experiment and control groups after training. In addition, statistically significant differences incognitive function were found between the two groups after training in terms of attention, construction ability, memory, and total NCSE scores (p < .05).

Conclusion: Audiovisual feedback-based visual perceptual digital pegboard training has a positive effect on thevisual-motor integration and overall cognitive functioning of patients with left hemiplegia.
